SMNs, Contagion, and You

So I noticed today when I logged in and started doing random things, that all of a sudden Contagion has not been going off all the time. Sometimes I press the button and Garuda just keeps on throwing out windblades. It became even more apparent when I was in coil today, and before I knew it, my raging dots were falling off. It was driving me absolutely mad to the point where I started making it a point to spam the button. I like to hit contagion and forget about my dots for a little while, and I have never had to check to make sure it it applied properly. So doing so now is just a pain.

I later went to a striking dummy and did a few tests. Before I share my results I'd like to point out how easy it used to be to use Contagion. It was a simple button press. All I had to do was hit it once, and it would que up into Garuda's moves. As soon as she was able, she'd use Contagion.

Results of my testing:
If Garuda is casting windblade on ANYTHING, she will not use Contagion or Arial Slash or Shockwave. She just ignores your command and the game tells you, "Cannot Execute at this time." Am I the only one noticing/annoyed by this?

Isn't it same thing before patched ? you have to spam until the skill get casted.

My suspect became true, I realize I have hard time order Garuda to toss Contagion and Aerial Blast (Enkindle) as well

Contagion, I must make sure I press it like 5-6 times for a dumbass Garuda to recognize my command >.> before see start toss Contagion properly

Enkindle is worst, in some circumstance, if I miss click Enkindle, Garuda will simple "Ohmm" and do nothing, I considered this is BUG indeed

Wow, thought I was just lagging really bad last night in T7. Glad others are experiencing this too. Hope it gets fixed soon. While I love how Aerial Slash works now, I need my Contagion back.
