    1.18 Combat improvements needed

    1. Battle Regimen needs to be looked at again. There is a delay in queuing up. I believe this is because of auto-attack. Sometimes takes 10 second for action to post.

    2. Light stab, Heavy strike etc all these basic attack that are used to generate TP need a lower cool down. for example Marauder is lucky to even get 1 special attack in on some basic fights, because half the time you're standing there waiting for cool downs for the basic attacks. Sometimes I had to use 1 mob to generate enough TP so I could weaponskill the next one.

    3. Threat and MP cost for cure needs to be tweaked a little. We were seeing threat pulled off the tank with 3 Cure II or Sac II. Anything above that is almost instant aggro.



    #2 is especially one that needs to be fixed. Combat for someone starting out for the first time is going to be slower and boring. Why? because they have no other basic attacks other than Auto-attack. Combat needs to be more involved than relying on auto-attack for most of the TP generation.

    The impact of the change was good if you're high level, but I have a feeling for new players it will leave a bad impression with the way the speed of combat is as of now.
