If there was a '+' next to their names, that is a glamour. You can buy them from the marketboards or produce them on your own if you have the appropriate Lv.50 crafter and recipe.

For now, I would suggest you use the marketboard and look for 'grade 1/2/3/4/5 glamour prism'.

As an archer, you will benefit the most from carpenter (weapon) and leatherworker (armor). Goldsmith is also a useful crafter as it will let you update your accessories, which are rarer to obtain from quests. If you spend any amount of time crafting though, you will quickly learn that they benefit immensely from cross-class skills. Optimal crafting comes when you have all crafting classes leveled to at least 15 or higher. Lv.50 crafting beyond 2 stars benefits immensely from having all crafters at Lv.50.

As for the bow, you are probably referring to your relic, Artemis Zenith. You'll receive one shortly after killing Ifrit HM, Garuda HM, and Titan HM. Be sure to start the quest for it before you do. Google 'relic' for more info.
