OK - looks like bug then I suggest posting this in the Bug report section using the requested bug report format with aas much details as possible so devs can trace / reproduce the bug. I've so far managed to level only CUL on one of my alts to 77.01 going through almost 3k fish I've kept from my FSH and post 55 - 60 it's pretty painfull with only 0.01 increases so I'd be pretty pissed to lose any of it.
