Did anyone actually get to pick their server from the list?

It showed a bunch of servers I have never been affiliated with. Excalibur was missing so I just clicked any of the NA servers. Wondering if it was me or not. Would prefer my proper server to be listed so when I meet up with my FC we will all have proper info

it didn't ask for your server. wanted your data center.

yep, asked for data center. For Excalibur, it was "Primal"

Well that really sucks. I never heard of "Datacenter" until now. Looks like I picked the wrong one =/

After they chaged how datacenters worked, it asked you when you first logged in which datacenter to use, so theres at least 1 mention that you had no way to get around.

I had a character created on a server that they basically kicked everyone off of and had everyone split to a new server. I don't recall at any point learning about that but then again I had an account created from 1.0 and then recreated a character when they released ARR for the free trial month or two. Then I didn't log back in and paid to move my character to a new server *shrugs

It should have listed the world you were on, not the Datacenter... Someone somewhere messed up.
