90k Error on Log in every time, but only on one character

The character listed as my main on these forums, who is located on the Gilgamesh server, cannot log in at all. All other characters I can access, but not this one. Every time I tried, I get the loading screen for about 40 seconds and then it immediately disconnects me with the 90k error code.

I submitted a ticket in game on another character, but although they said they it is to be reviewed shortly, I haven't received a reply in over 5 hours now. And on patch day

Could such a thing be caused by being in Mor Dhona on a high population server? I was standing in Reverent's Toll to do some of the original CT, and right before a boss I disconnected and that's been the end of my day on the game.

Any help available? Is there a way to contact someone in the game a bit more urgently, or any options I should select that relate the issue more appropriately, perhaps? That support window isn't the easiest thing to navigate, after all.

It's been solved! I didn't receive a response to my support ticket, but either they saw it or saw this and I was moved from Revenant's Toll to Horizon (odd choice, it isn't my favorite or home Aethernet!). Many, many thanks to the wonderful GM that did that.
