    two solutions i can think of:
    1. If you reach the fulfilled 72/72, you automatically are thrown into the DF/FL, option to commence is not given
    2. If you queue for DF and withdraw when you hit the 72/72 you will be hit with an infraction status, if this occurs more than 2 more time (withdrawing, joining DF/FL, withdrawing) you are hit with a DF Penalty (no DF for 30 mins)
