    Glamours really grind my gears.

Specifically Tanking gear. This goes for other classes as well.

Why can't I make my Paladin look holy while my Warrior looks awesome?

When I glamour my pieces, both jobs take the glamour unless it's Artifact Armor. (If both classes apply, 99% of the time they do.)

    That's obnoxious.

Why can't I glamour AF, AND another piece for the other job. All of the armor in 2.3 looks incredible, and I'd love to glamour one job one way, and the other another way.

My friend always tells me "Wow you look SO different when you change to Warrior." Yeah, right? An axe really makes a difference while in full Noct gear.

The system is really whack, and it needs adjustment, this isn't a one-class game, and all aspects should treat it as so.

Please square, you need to adjust the glamour system; overhaul it when you fix the Odin Armor issue with glamour, it's incredibly disappointing.

Here's hoping for a dev response...

Glamour system is great as is...but doesn't mean it cant be improved! I had this though earlier myself, I would like similar armor classes to look different.

I have the same feeling. I'd like my whm to be regal, while having my scholar look, well, scholarly, but since much of their gear is shared, I'm stuck with having to choose one look over the other. Would be nice to have different glamours for gear sets, if a way to save multiple glamours on a piece of gear is able to be implemented.

While it would be nice, that'd be a little more complex to add in due to it having to treat a single item like two (or more). The system would have to identify each armor as one of any number of available jobs/classes. Imagine, for example, if someone decided to use a crafting/gathering equip (which is all classes usable) and had a unique glamour design attached to it for each class/job in the game. That's currently up to 20 different identifications for a single equip.

Yeah but the issue behind this is that the Glamour system was built on an inherently flawed design. Square could have just made it like that game everyone talks about, was it Guild Wars? Where you had a second item slot for the class.

Simple System- Second item slots for each Glamourable piece of Gear, Place the appropriate item in - "Glamour this to this Gear Set?" Yes/No - Item goes back to your inventory, the glamoured piece sits in that slot as a ghost item - You're done. The whole prism thing was a misdirection and made the system clunky and limited.

Then how would I make money selling Glamour Prisms?

SE could do that you need glamour prism everytime you want to equip a gear in the vanity slots.
And the vanity slots would be class/job bounded. If you put gear in it as Warrior and change to Paladin, the slots would be empty and you need glamour prisms again to put equips in it.

Crafters would be happy because people still need prisms and the other players would be happy because glamour would be casted on the class/job instead on the gear.

Exactly what Felis said. It's not a difficult system to change. They already have the tools to do it with Gear Sets.
