Private Room question

So I am a little confused and maybe I read this wrong, or remembering it wrong? I thought that housing items in the FC house was shared so that you could use those items in your private room? Is it not? And if it is how do you place those items in your room? Thank you. :]

I'm curious about this as well. Patch notes mentioned:

"Players can place up to 50 furnishings in private chambers, with the ability to choose from among all furnishings available in the estate."

Wondering if this meant something else? I have all permissions and the furnishings list in the private chambers have nothing listed.

We were able to take from the FC house no issue. Only things that can't it seems are the items that once placed can't be picked up without destroying.

Have the same problem. can only put furniture from my own inventory. How were you able to do that ?

You have to pick up the furniture.

I believe what it means by "...with the ability to choose from among all furnishings available in the estate." Is that you have the ability to craft, and place any item that can be placed within the interior of the estate - not that it will allow you to use items already on the estate.

The Housing and Personal Room inventories are not shared. Imagine that, for an FC that had the full 512 members, that would be insane to manage.

50 items is per room, independent of how many items are placed on the estate already.

I am not sure how this effects the items that are "one per estate" though.
