Not attacking all long hairs, there are... two? other long hairs and neither of them look as feminine as this one, it's just the style, it looks more like the current female hairs.

It also looks decidedly more masculine on an elezen than a lala. I see what you're saying.

They do it in a cycle for a couple of reasons:
A: It takes a good amount of time to design a new hairstyle.
B: It takes a good amount of time to make sure each head piece works with each hairstyle they create or add to another race.
C: Most importantly it keeps people subscribed or brings people back hoping for (or excited that) it's their race's turn.

And yes, it can also boost the sales of fantasia which is a good thing for them but not for every player.

Next update can't come fast enough. It seems like 75% of the female population took up the braided elezen hairstyle now that it's been made available to all. Was so excited to have something pretty and unique. So much for that!

Now I'm just hoping we get the other races' hairstyles - some highlander or roegadyn ones for us elezen, please. Because our initial pool sucked.

I personally think we should get the female human hair that has the loose curls on the side, in front of the ears. Or the shoulder-length human hair with the twist in the back.

The thing that makes me sad is that Elezen started with two long hairstyles, and both of them just aren't quite right. Everything else that's just ours is short. =/

... That noticed that she doesn't have ANY new hairstyles in the patch? What is up with this? Am I just blind/dumb/missed something? First we have like 5 of the same style recycled with different clasps, now we don't even get new stuff for 2.3? I think SE might just hate female Elezens.

I brushed over the thread, but I thought I'd clarify the development cycle:

For each patch with hair you get;
[1 New Exclusive Race Hair per gender (Example 2.3's Highlander M/F)]

+

[Previous Patch Exclusive, made available for all races (Example 2.23's Elezen Exclusive)]



This way it's fair and everyone gets their turn, but also the previous exclusive gets made available for everyone else (thus slowly expanding the options)

Elezens got two new hairstyles last patch. One of their own and the hairstyle shared between them all. Patch before that, midlanders didn't get any new hairstyles.
