Vsync can help you if you have continue FPS drophi guys was working for the last 6 hours hence the late reply lol
thanks for all the suggestions, i have thought of getting a gtx 460 before but to be honest i would like to plan ahead a little and hopefully get one of the 500 range (perhaps the gtx 580:P)
i wasnt sure that vsync was helping or not but il go without from now on and ive heard of gamebooster so il give it a go too. It's good to know that most people agree that the dev team need to focus on optimization a lot more but i also agree that bringing new content periodically is a must.
pay attention moving from GTX 460 to 580 (check your PSU)
