Link your psn with social media e.g. Twitter, youtube...etc. so you can upload your pictures and videos, or use usb to export them to a pc.

For pictures, once downloaded to your mobile phone or pc, you need to upload them in the "file management" option in loadstone (you need to be logged in using your se account) then you can copy the links of the uploaded images and place them here in the forums.

The "Share" button on the PS4 should give you the option to take a screenshot or video!

As for uploading them, what ERMITANYO said is basically how to do it! I recommend copying them to a USB from your PS4 if you can, cos if I remember right uploading them directly to social media compresses the quality of the image.
