    FANFEST 2014 PROMOTIONAL CODE HELP!

    Okay, so I didn't get my promotional code from the regular emails. I had to ask Support to get me one because I wasn't sure why I didn't receive mine. I realized the event site was open early, but it said my promotion code was invalid... Do I just need to anxiously wait patiently till 10:30? I really want to go to this so any help is appreciated :c is this happening to anyone too?
    I may be going insane from all this suspense...

    pretty sure its not valid until the predetermined time

    EDIT It did the same for me and I got mine on the day they sent out the emails, patience is a virtue.
