Setting Realistic Goals and Expectations

Hello. I'm in a similar boat to you, where i spend 3-4 hours online with larger chunks here and there. You could realistically do all the endgame content. Dungeons and raids take 90 minutes to 2 hours at most to clear (most under 60 min, and under 30 if you're overgeared and with an experienced party).

You may have difficulty capping allagan tomes every week, but that simply slows how fast you can progress to t6+. If you're interested in a static (common enough for coil t6+), I would expect to spend a 2-3 hour chunk one day/week for that. Don't expect the date or time to change for those either when you schedule those.

There shouldn't be any major hindrance to enjoying endgame content if you're spending 3 hour chunks online though. Of course, I wouldn't realistically believe you'd be in the running for any server firsts (those go to the crazy Blue Garter members who play 12 hours minimum daily), but I also don't think you'd be terribly put off by that thought.
