For a second I thought this was going to be about waiting for a specific Fate for an Atma book.

But yeah, the wait for the patch. On the plus side, I'm at work so if it was up now I wouldn't be able to play anyway, so I'm ok with it being done overnight and ready tomorrow. Especially since I have tomorrow off. ^_^

Does anyone know the exact time the patch will go live, for GMT+0 players? Will be able to log in from work via logmein to just start the patch.

you should sleep while maintenance.. once 2.3 goes life.. you wont get much sleep

The Lodestone says that it will go down at 8PM PST tonight and will be back up at 4AM PST tomorrow. That said, I'm sure you can do the conversion with google.

Additionally however, from past experience the servers often go live again several hours before the scheduled time. For example, I believe for patch 2.2 the servers came back up 3.5 hours or so before the scheduled time. So with that, I don't think anybody can give you an exact answer aside from what's posted on the Lodestone. You will most likely be able to download/install the patch well before the servers come back up however.
