item restore restrictions on unique items - accidentally chucked an Atma book

So, as the title says, i accidentally chucked an Atma book. 1500 myth down the drain. Yes my fault for not paying attention when I mis-clicked putting it on my action bar and just pressed yes to the warning display...

Anyways, I put through an ingame support call hoping to get the item restored, but due to it's 'unique nature' it cannot be restored... Understandable to an extent if the worry is not being able to restore the progress on it.. but having the book with no progress is better than no book.

I then put through a second support call querying whether the mythology marks could be restored. This seemed entirely reasonable as they've been entirely wasted.. but supposedly this isn't allowed.. which seems ridiculous really. Yes I know it was my mistake, but a credit restore or blank new book should be entirely feasible. Heck this is already done with incorrect allagan tombstone purchases so no reason at all why this shouldn't be expanded...

Bit of a rant and no idea if this is the relevant location (there's no ingame feedback page from what I can see) but had to post something... it takes me forever to get 1500 myth due to receiving the marks almost exclusively via daily roulettes... yey for wasting 1500 myth...

An atma book... like... the key item book? I didn't even know you could toss those.

Seems most logical to refund you the myth, but you already tried that route.

yep, exactly that.. and yeah same, surprised I could. but hey, my fault for mis-clicking the action bar and not paying attention to what the on screen message was warning me about... but yeah, would of thought it'd be an easy refund :S

I nearly chucked my sphere scroll. Why it's not considered key item I don't know. I get nervous with it being in my normal inventory.
