You can find and kill any elite marks. They all drop allied marks, the weekly one just drops some bonus ones. Killing any elite mark nets you marks myth and soldiery regardless if you have a hunt bill or not.

Class B can be soloed, class A you could probably trio but I'd say 4-8 people. Class S don't think have spawned yet so not sure.

You can kill them as many times as you want. I've already got the achievements for 10 B and 5 A ranked NM kills ea gave seals

There is no cap. You can farm Elite Marks, even if there is no Bill for it. This has been said many times, including in this thread.

Oh wait, I just noticed that only the vanity items are that expensive. All old myth gear (hero) is available at a much cheaper rate. Whoops!
