Retainer gone 1 day after paying. Please help.

>I paid for a retainer on 7/3. I was able to access it right away. On 7/4, my game subscription expired. I renewed it right away. When I got into the game, I found that my retainer's contract had been suspended and could no longer access the inventory. I was unable to contact through the weekend, and today was told via chat by an agent that I had reach out to a "game master" in-game to get support for this issue. I could find no option to contact a game master other than filing a cheating, bug, or abuse report. I selected to file a bug report and was given a response directing me to the forum. I basically just want my retainer back, ideally with the items, or my money so I can repurchase the retainer.

Retainers are hired for the duration of your subscription and it seems when you renewed you game subscription you didn't renew your retainer's.
I suggest you have a look at your optional services and check if it is active
