The quest summary does say that Paiyo's (it was Paiyo, right? Something with Pai and Yo at least..) problems still aren't solved (dot dot dot) at the end sooooo. SE, please don't let this be the end of the madness that is Edda.

I cannot wait for Tam Tara Extreme!
Beautiful, creepy dungeon with a compelling storyline. More of this SE, please! I especially loved reading her diaries pages. I know most people like to rush, but there are some who enjoy having a reason to kill mobs beyond getting new gear/tomes.
I loved the dungeon, and luckily the group I was in didn't mind me stopping to read the notes as we came across them, they really added to the atmosphere of the place...My prediction prior to the dungeon was that she had gone totally off the rails, which was certainly the case. However, I imagined Edda having a moment of clarity and helping us kill the monster that once was Avere. To my surprise she was just too far gone, which became more apparent with each note I read. Well done SE, with this dungeon and the others.
I really wanted her to have a happy ending, I liked Edda a lot and felt bad for her in the main storyline. First time I did it when we walked up she was crying. Second time I realised she alternates between laughing and crying. When she falls at the end I cant tell if it's good or bad. I mean, I wanted her to live and get better, but that obviously isnt going to happen. If she dies she's out of her misery I guess but with Averre's new, uh, state...is he really dead now?
Poor peiyo is probably going to get haunted now
SE did an amazing job with this dungeon. The overall setting is simply brilliant, amazing, and gripping. It is one of the few dungeons/times in this game where you actually get the feeling that you are adventuring and exploring something different, investigating something that isn't just, "MMO Dungeon lets get lewtz gaiz". I sincerely hope we get more high caliber dungeons like this, at least one per dungeon new dungeon updates because that was amazing.
Maybe Edda will come back… maybe she'll bring a friend that will haunt the Black Forest- I mean, Black Shroud.
Just saying… Shroud's not dangerous enough.
I really liked the dungeon music. Reminded me very much of Okami, since they have similar music going on.
The dungeon itself didn't scare me but the bosses did give me the creeps. Especially Liavanne who was one of the characters I liked when she was alive due to npc dialog. Having to fight her like that was unsettling to say the least. Then Edda basically states that she is giving Avere your soul before the fight. Followed by her falling to her death and you looking regretful. Finally the ghost of Edda made me never want to return to that specific area ever again. I think Square took a few too many ideas from Murdered: Soul Suspect if you ask me and did a brilliant job with it.
My opinion on Edda, I don't believe this is the last we've seen of her. Especially after that grudge moment.
Edda x Slenderman?
