I've met plenty of shitty 75s in FFXI. Getting to capped level doesn't make you a good player, playing your job correctly does.

i wont lie, i was a really really bad corsair and a bad warrior(and im pretty sure i was world first corsair too)
just cuz i did it didnt make me good, and im not willing to deny that

i was at least a good mage!(and still am, i suck at meelee and other stuff even though i have them)

Very true, but I highly doubt that I was a bad blm seeing as how I was always told to go BLM, usually lead the "mage" parties in events and was usually picked up by other LS when I wasn't running with my own.

You were usually BLM because in FFXI, if you had 75 BLM, you were coming BLM and that was that lol.

And it takes no skill to be the leader of a party.

timing sleeps, organizing spell/skill orders, managing hate, etc etc. Sure it may not take as much skill as leading the entire alliance through the run, but it definitely shows the ability to be skillful =)
