If Blizzard makes a new mmo it will be compared with WoW. So when SE makes an mmo it will be compared with FFXI how is that so hard to understand. Even if there's no continuity between the two, the same company will have made both and therefore it warrants some comparison. It's actually logic.

I don't believe anybody said anything about it being hard to understand.
