    Had this issue randomly in T8 last night. . WAR wasn't able to establish hate in one of the pulls. Turned off and on Defiance and it was instantly resolved. His HP reflected it as active but the aggro table was behaving as though it was off. The rest of the pulls it seemed to recast fine.

    This would fit... an intermittent problem where some times it works and other not. And why some are not reporting problems and others are.

    Come on SE dumbest shit ever... the only issue before this is if a pld get raised in combat they have to wait to apply ShO... now enmity occasionally works.
