The Letter from the Producer implied - so it could easily be a translation issue - that the Marks on the hunting board would only include B-class Marks.

Elite mark bills will have you tracking down one of the lower ranked elite marks once per week.

So I just killed him, saw the loot pop up on screen saying i got a seal and tomes, but how do i turn in the quest to get the 20 seals?

The location is not random. Just saw it for the second time by boulder downs at (15,28) in the same exact spot. I was waiting there and it spawned right in front of me. Finally got credit for it.

Also I tried to be nice and hold it so more people could come but what happened was a crowd started building up and once someone started attacking there were so many people waiting that it was over in 5 seconds and most didnt even get credit for the kill. It sounds nice to wait and let people get there but theres really no point once about 10 people are there.

I get that their not Odin or behemoth strength but dead before u can even get a cast off, when entire server needs it is a total joke

I got the normal weekly bonus + an extra 10 allied seals, 30 myth, and 10 soldier.
Guess I got the mid reward. It died so fast I could only cast 3 times as a BLM.

There are multiple locations but at least we now know they are set locations and not completely random. Now its just a matter of figuring how many location and where each is at and parties can start camping them.
