Yes, this is a big problem, but what have it to do with frontline? It is like this with every content (except low level dungeons)

There needs to be a withdraw penalty for Frontlines otherwise people are going to be put off completely.

Also for high level dungeons, expert dungeons and especially for CT 1 & 2
