Measure 3 from the post deals with that and will be implemented next week (i.e the auto add players to fill slots).

I agree. Why they can't just automate the system like EVERY OTHER GAME ON THE PLANET is beyond me. SE insists on doing such dumb things I can't even imagine where their minds are with some of this stuff.

I can understand that if they waited too long and want to leave, but I can not understand when it "Ding! 30 sec for you to choose enter, and then someone "Withdrawn from Duty" again!! Already time that they can enter, but they not enter?

Trolls and people trying to get a queue pop at the same times as their friends.

That's only if there isn't enough people. The game is finding 72 people. The problem is people are declining the queue.
