Something to be addressed for sure: "alt" housing

It is become quite common that some FCs are making 'alt' FC in order to purchase new housing plots.

Don't want make the paladin of justice and void all that plots, but the thing needs be addressed in some way.

I'm surprised I haven't seen shouts like "Crafterspace FC has a house with all the crafter tables, join up unlimited time only 50k fee!" ...but maybe it's cause the crafter tables suck.

OP probably thinks low man FC's (1-3 players) shouldn't be allowed to own a house (God forbid medium or large) even tho they put in 50-200 times the effort.

Let me elaborate on what the OP is trying to say.

Larger FCs want to own more than one house, or at least reap the benefits of them (gardening for example). So, they create a few alt characters, level up the FC (or buy a dying one), and buy an extra plot/house just to use the gardening. Then, the alts harvest anything grown there and return it to the main FC. It's basically a way to get around the housing restriction of one house per FC. There's really nothing SE can do on their end to prevent this outside of forcing you to have a certain amount of people in a FC to buy a house. But, even then, the main FC could just create more alts. *shrug*

If you believe it's fair that SE allows many larger FCs to go around and buy multiple houses by creating 'alt' FCs (and it is allowed, not something that is or should be punishable -- I won't argue against that point), then I think they should be adding a lot more new wards than just one per area. One ward just isn't enough to accommodate alt FCs that are competing with main FCs that have yet to buy a house. I speak as a person who's been saving for months because all the mediums have been taken on my server for a very long time. I have the funds, and will be camping out plots as soon as servers go up, but I only imagine it will be a very short time before all plots are taken again. Seeing as you are also from a high population server, I hope you understand what I mean.
