    Unable to complete version check...please help!

    Hi my launcher updated, but when i log in it says "unable to complete version check" and solutions are redownload FFXIV. I thought it would say "game unavailable during maintenence"...is anyone else getting that version check error...getting scared now b/c i run on a 1.5mb connection...would take 2 weeks to DL the whole game on this speed :/

    hmm, ya know, oddly enough I'm actually able to download the patch at this time.

    The server that checks the version could be down. Happened to me once and i never had any issues. Also, you might have an IP blocker running. That's all i can think of.

    Ya same...as soon as i finished this post they put the patch up..im DLing now...phew, scared the sh*t outta me.
