Well, tri-disaster was a thing before arcanist had bliz 2. I know when we lost thunder I didn't like it at first, but seeing bliz 2 applications in dungeon runs I'm very glad to have it, to the point I get mildly annoyed when other smn don't use it. Use it! More than 1 mob up and all your dot/fester stuff is done: bliz 2.

That being said it would be a good idea to do something with tri-disaster...except it does have a use so people would complain if it was changed, and a straight augment past bliz 2 potency would probably be unbalancing.
