Tri-Disaster have its own purpose, its not suppose to be AOE DPS, its binds everything for 30s and DOTs not break it

Pretty easy on Garuda HM (also pretty much the only time I've ever used the ability). Just keep Garuda targeted and tri-disaster as the feathers spawn; with good timing and cooperative allies you can ignore the feathers altogether afterwards.
