To add to my response further.. are you serious? You yourself said you've gotten most of the classes to level 50 with i90 etc. Glitched leves cannot be the very bane of your existence on FFXIV:ARR that it leads you to almost cancelling your subscription? Dude wtf?

That is your answer, bite your lip and deal with it. Until enough people also have the same problem you're having (whatever that actually is lol) it's not going to be put high enough on a list of things needing to be fixed.

That whole entire discussion was ignorant. You have no idea what bugs they are fixing, and he told you he can't fix it, which he can't he is a chat support personnel not in any specific game development team, and SE is a large company, if you think the little man can do your every whim in 5 seconds, I am sorry for you. Also if it is the only location that you are having this issue and you have iL90 50's this obviously didn't ruin and destroy the game for you like you make it out to be. Now if you were still stuck at lvl 15 doing Swiftperch leve's then sure its a huge problem, but it seems you have not been hindered in enjoying the rest of the game.

I may come of bad, but seriously you need to chill, the support guy and probably the GM's did what they can and its a waiting game and a priority game to see if it gets fixed. You want the dev team to stop everything for YOUR problem? There are other game breaking issues too that might have more of an exploit that has higher priority. So maybe take a breather, relax and realize what you have done is enough, you brought the issue to their attention, and it will be fixed when it will be fixed. You can still go do other things you will be fine, your other option is to move along if you don't like how things are handled and stop stressing over it, because it is unhealthy how you have made this your soul issue with the game.
