Potency increase for BLM makes BLM way too powerful

Only drawback I've seen with this buff is that it's a lot easier for BLMs to steal aggro unintentionally in lower level content, where the buff was unnecessary.

If you have the correct gear for the content you are attempting, Tanks should have NO problem with aggro.
