Potency increase for BLM makes BLM way too powerful

When it really counts like dpsing bosses, they are one of the worst dps. Most bosses are single target so single target dps shines the most which is mnk. Because most boss battle involves some sort of moving to avoid AOE, BLM's dps on bosses will always suffer

I've always been doing top tier dps on my BLm without the buff. Now, I'm just wrecking. ./thanks to make me op.
