Potency increase for BLM makes BLM way too powerful

On a more serious note, some of you don't know what you're talking about. I consider myself to be a more than decent Black Mage. Parsing From 290 on T7 to 380 on T8. I play my class very well and I am in a group who know their classes equally well. There is a DRG, SMN and BRD. Both the Dragoon and SMN have more DPS on T8 while they are on duty! Can you believe it? I stand still, doing perfect rotations, the proc Gods are upon me and I still could not outparse them. The BRD is the only one below me but only because he is playing Requiem, Paeon and sometimes Mage Ballad. On all the other turns but T7 where he kites, even the BRD could outparse me. And now there are some people that dare to oppose this 8-9% buff? I want to feel the merrit of mastering my class just as well or even better than DRG, SMN and BRD do, thank you. Are you telling me I can not have an equal amount of DPS for mastering my class just as well? With these current buffs BLM still is below SMN and DRG.
And AoE? Really, that's cute. The SMN has far better AoE in second coil. They just have to use Bane on the adds in T7, on the Bulbs in T6 on the Dragon in T9 on the Dreadnoughts in T8. You want me to Fire II those? No, only Flare is optional and it's much less of a DPS increase than for a SMN
