The truth about bard is that you really shouldn't have to sing outside of T8, and that's only paeon if your healers are good

And if a BRD doesn't use FOE when he doesn't need to sing, then kick him and get a decent one ? FOE = more DPS for the BLM.
And let's be serious 5 seconds, even when I need to sing, I don't even sing for more than half of the fight (mana issues), the DPS loss is marginal.
