Quick question about Atma

So I got my relic weapon yesterday YAY . Titan was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. Anyway now the fun atma grind begins lol. So, I have a quick question. Once I've driven myself mad getting the temptress of fate title a million times over and eventually getting my atma, I was wondering about the books you do on completion of this part of the quest.

Are the dungeons, fates and leves in the books random or are they set depending on your class?

I have no problem with any of the lower dungeons but have heard some of the higher ones can cause problems such as Braflox hard and wanting the right classes to zerg through or they leave or kick and Pharos where everyone just leaves. My FC only has three members (a friend started it) so it's not easy to get anyone to help out. Is it as hard to get into these in the DF as I've read?
