I heard brayflox is now 20/20/30 for myth but I haven't done it since the patch.

It's been one day, and I'm already halfway to the weekly soldiery cap, and that's without grinding at all. Notorious Monsters are dropping soldiery as well, whether or not you receive them as your weekly hunt. Naul (my weekly) dropped 10 for the weekly kill and 7 for a random kill. A more dangerous NM in Middle La Noscea dropped 20 (If I remember correctly). Soldiery's ridiculously easy to come by now, doesn't matter that the previous expert dungeons give less.

Are you sure the last boss drops myths and it wasn't just the bonus-tomes for completing the dungeon when someone in the dungeon is new? In other words: did you get myth tomes from the last boss even though nobody in the party was doing the dungeon for the first time?

Did Bray HM last night, to be exact here it is:

15-20-35-30 (myth-myth-myth-soldiery; 35 and 30 are all from Gobmachine)

And yes, those are constant drops. So 35 myth up to 2nd boss, 35 myth and 30 sold last boss.

Aren't you guys sick of running brayflox anyways? The new dungeons give 100 myth, 45 soldiery as far as I know (unless I was getting extra myth for first time completion or something). Expert roulette gives 35 soldiery now as well. That said you can simply do 6 expert roulettes a week to cap your soldiery assuming you do literally nothing else.. so I really don't see the problem here myself.

Personally, I would prefer to speed run with people I know rather than roulette. The only reason I roulette is the Alexandrite maps. After I get my Novus (18 more alex), I'm done with roulette. At least until I get my second animus.

I think you can join roulettes together with other players, but not sure if you can as a complete light party, I think yes, since there are Party Finder groups for expert roulette. So you can do a roulette and then some other runs with your friends.
Of course going with people you know is much more fun and safe.

You can queue up full light party for high/expert roulette - trials/low level allows only single queue
