    When you haven't been playing since the last patch and just found out now that you never cancelled your sub when you went to renew -_-. Probably no chance i would get refunded for the months i didn't log in though right? Should i even bother putting in a ticket?

    No...don't bother. I'd be incredibly surprised if you got a refund. I'd even go as far as to say there's a 0% chance of it.

    SE does not give refunds so ya don't even bother just make sure you cancel your sub next time.

    I know when i played wow and forgot to cancel my sub blizzard refund me but i call them the same day they took out the money. But SE is different and they don't give any refunds at all and i don't think they ever would have good customer support like other game.

    They definitely do not. I remember I resubbed FFXI once like the 25th of the month, the first rolled around and I got smacked with two months of sub fees. I called them and basically was told to bad to sad.
