Bard or Monk advice, please help.

I'm a returning player, haven't played since 2 months into release so im gonna be overwhelmed when I play again. I was playing PLD before I left but I want to play my other jobs but never got into gearing them or playing them much I have Monk amd Bard both @50 and have there sub classes was wonder what would be the best rotation for Monk or Bard and what stats should I focus on.

Dps is very long on q's but if you want to start easy at first I would go with Bard (But be warned there is a ton of them out there haha, Monk is good too if you want to deal heavy damage)

Ok for Bard what is best rotation for max dmg output? What stats are best? Like I said I have it @50 but thats from version 1.xx so im not sure about 2.xx bard.

Bard stats - Full Dexterity > Acc cap > Crit > Det

Bard Mentality

Ensure straight shot buff is up on yourself and dots are always up on your target.

Standard Rotation
------------------
Straight Shot / Venomous Bite / Windbite / Bloodletter (use when it proc's) / Heavy Shot (spam till Bloodletter or Heavier shot procs) / Bloodletter or Heavier Shot
You can thrown in a Blunt Arrow if you are sure that you're not going to be needing to silence a particularly mob otherwise keep this out of your rotation.

AOE Rotation

Ensure Straight shot is up -
I use Flaming Arrow / then Internal Release (CC skill from MNK) / Blood for Blood (LNC/DRG CC Skill) / Circle of Death / Wide Volley spam (till either COC or Quick Nock procs) , if you run low on TP , pop Invigorate and carry on (or pop Army's peon before you start AOE'ing).
