FC and your own room

Yes i know there are lots of post about this but with the update so soon has SE said anything bout what rank in a fc you will need to be to buy a room? i mean i'm guessing you can't be any rank. That or have they said if the fc master can add who and what rank can get a room? id say this is stuff we need to know asap since once one buys a room you can't boot them ect

I doubt the Leaders of the FC can stop or block anyone from getting one. As long as the player is in the FC and that FC has a house, the members can get one.

Iv seen all that but that dose not tell anyone anything and if the master can't block it then what dose that mean start kicking ppl that are gone or you may not know well before this update or face the fact once they buy a room your stuck with them :P i can see this being very bad

Yes it can be very bad, that is why there is a whole thread asking that question. From what we can see, if someone has a room they can't be kicked. No Dev has responded to confirm nor deny this as you can see here:

Which I just noticed you have posted in, heehee. But what we do know is a fact: Each person can get a room as long as they have a 50, are a specific rank within the Grand Company and their FC has a house.

So for kicking, once they have a house, unknown. But we do know:

Kicking after the person owns a room still needs to be addressed, but I'm fairly sure they will expand the current housing permissions so masters can allow or disallow certain FC ranks from buying a personal room.

On topic: what should happen is that a person can be kicked and if they are all of their furniture ends up in the mail. Or inventory with overflow in the mail.

Though I can see why they're struggling with it; trolling works both ways and there would be nothing stopping a FC Officer/Leader kicking a person who just dropped 300k on a room "for teh lulz".

I'm almost 100% certain the FC personal rooms will be restricted to rank permissions just like fc chest and everything else. Now you have to REALLY take into consideration who you allow a room because i'm thinking SE screwed the pooch and forgot to allow people to kick.
