Yeah, the idea behind my suggestion is that it's a bit less... aggressive than just turfing out an inactive FC after a month or so.

Thought it is a little frustrating seeing so many empty FC houses.. I know of at least 1 where the FC has a small house, and every time I check the guy who bought it (in my LS), it's 0/3 members online...

Adding features might make them less empty, but things are always going to be changing with people, we should have some sort of option (I think, anyway) to be able to transfer the ownership or buy plots.
