Just renewed my subscription, and I can't seem to access my old character

So I played on PS3 at launch for about a month. I recently bought the PC version and renewed my subscription, but I can't find my old character. This is all that's available in the character selection: http://i.imgur.com/UNc5TBI.jpg.

Now, this is the same appearance and first name as my old character, but has a different last name. I also got my archer to level 47, as well as leveling up a few other classes. I even managed to find my old character on the lodestone: http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...acter/3540375/

I'm using the same SE account and everything. What gives?

EDIT: Okay, almost immediately after posting this I realized I just had the wrong world selected >_>. This thread can be deleted.
