Game Crashes Consistently

Hello! I have a friend who recently purchased FFXIV for her computer. Now she had a few problems to start with that were all graphical based that we managed to get fixed, but even now her game crashes consistently after about 3-5 minutes of play.

HP system
Windows 7 - 64 bit
AMD Radeon HD 6450 graphics card
DX11 installed
Drivers all up to date
Windows is fully updated

There is no error message from the game. All we get is 'Windows has encountered an error' and the game closes out while windows 'searches for a solution.' We've adjust her graphics settings to as low as possible, her internet connection is stable, I'm failing to see why this problem keeps showing itself.

your not alone in this issue, i am also having this issue, except i have been playing since launch and this just started happening today, i dont understand why it suddenly is crashing like this...

Few days ago I kept getting 2002 90K and 5006 errors, now the game just crashes to desktop. It seems I can't stay on for more than a few minutes.

Been Having the same prob all morning, random client crashes every 3-5min

May want to check and see if your Windows updated recently or any other program that may have automatic updates. Sometimes when this happens it can cause problems. Could always try a system restore to when it was working for you and see if you can play it.
