Limsa Lominsa, Maelstrom Command -- Text -- Guincum's Inconsistent Capitalization

When the player enters Maelstrom Command in Limsa Lominsa and speaks to Guincum about the "The Price of Integrity" quest, the following text appears:

"
Guincum: Hm? How did you get in?
Maelstrom command is not to be
opened to the citizenry for another
fortnight! To the brig with you,
trespasser! Guards! Arrest this
woman!
"

This is incorrect because "command" on the second line should be capitalized as the proper name of this location, "Maelstrom Command".

Please fix this issue by replacing "command" with "Command".

The corrected text would read as follows:

"
Guincum: Hm? How did you get in?
Maelstrom Command is not to be
opened to the citizenry for another
fortnight! To the brig with you,
trespasser! Guards! Arrest this
woman!
"

Steps to Reproduce:
With a rank 22 character, enter the Maelstrom Command through the Limsa Lominsa Market Ward.
Speak to Guincum concerning the "The Price of Integrity" quest.
Observe the text that appears.

This bug was addressed in another of Merm's threads, here. The term was capitalized globally and all changes will go live next patch.
