This game is designed to be playable no matter where you live. It's hard to believe it but even if you play with 400-500ms the game is still playable without the lag feeling you get with same latency on other games. For example I played many mmo's and in the most of them having 200ms is too much and you need around 100ms to play normal. In this game this does not apply. I don't know why but it's there. I play from Greece and never had any problem to dodge anything except from some specific days that the problem occurs due to high traffic between my pc and the servers and this is normal and happens to all games. I had no problem to dodge attacks since the tweaks they made back in patch 2.1 if I remember correct it's way better now. The biggest problem is people who don't know when and how to dodge thus blaming the lag. And it's true it's mostly an ISP problem. For example even though Americans located nearer to servers they have the most problems. But I would like to see the EU data center located in Europe.
