i96 WAR/i91 BRD lf for new static

Greetings,
As title explains it all, I am looking for a motivated, reliable and organized group.
I have earned kills on T6/T7, with T8 closing in for a kill.
I am looking for a group similar to my progression or greater. (no exceptions sorry)
I currently have 1 piece of High Allagan Gear with is on my offset(BRD) and 1 for my tank due to having bad luck on drops. My Alt has Book of Spades and 1 piece of High Allagan Gear.
39/75 on Novus Axe, I have 1 oil of time still on hold.
I main WAR but can also play PLD and DPS as BRD and MNK (still need to build some gear on MNK).
My Alts main is SMN.
My availabile times are around 6pm PST (prime time hours) on all days.

Our group is in search for a paladin for our static. We have multiple t6-8 wins and our current progression on t9 is up to megaflare past the second set of meteors.

We are on hyperion of course.

Our paladin needs to be able to off tank the and kite around the slugs in t6. In t7 off tank as well tanking the first set of adds, then the prosecutor and after that kiting the Renauds around while dps burns melusine. On t8 our paladin will go in as the 5th dps of the group.

We are currently using a paladin in t9, but would like to get it down to solo tank strategy once everyone eases into the mechanics so we will be having the paladin come in on his alt as the 5th dps.

We raid mon, tue, thurs, frid, sun from 9pm-12am est.
