macros: bad for DPS?

If anything, I wish they allow macros with only a single action be queued. For example, something like this:

/micon "Blunt Arrow"
/ac "Blunt Arrrow" <t>
/p "Blunt Arrow used!" <se.1>

Off-GCD skills are fine in a macro though, they are not a DPS loss only the GCD ones are. So you can use that Blunt Arrow macro and it doesn't affect your DPS negatively.

I don't remember about the blunt arrow macro, I just pull it off my memory though I no longer use it for far longer than I can remember. But I do use a new macro for my WAR like this:

/micon Berserk
/ac Berserk <me>
/ac Berserk <me>
/p Berserk をします！
/p Berserk used! <se.2><se.2> <wait.17>
/p time remaining : 3 second <se.1> <wait.1>
/p time remaining : 2 second <se.1> <wait.1>
/p time remaining : 1 second <se.1> <wait.1>
/p Esuna/ Leeches, Please use it. <se.9>

I can never weave that thing in between gcd. It just doesn't work
