Can't log in with my main character

Class/Level: Weaver lvl 50
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Since July 3
Area and coordinates: When I shut down I guess I was standing between the market board and the summoning bell at the "gate of Thal" in Ul'dah.

Steps:
1. I shut down the game and my computer at July the 2 or 3.
2. I started the game again at July 3.
3. I press "start"
4. I press my name, "Anna Puff" (ragnarok)
5. A question came, "Log in with Anna Puff?"
6. I press "ok"
7. The screen turns black and it stands
"World data could not be obtained.
Please try logging in later.
Ok-button.

8. I press the "ok".
9. I´m back in "space" and could choose to log in with another character.

I can log in with another character. I can make a new character at Ragnarok and log in with it.
But i still can't log in with my main.

Resolved.
Now i can log in again after 4 days.
