No, kicking someone for choosing to gimp the group has nothing to do with kicking a job for another.Strategy is one thing, but your character stats are another. Kicking a person from a DF group for being a Class is like kicking a MNK or DRG because you want BRD only, or kicking a WAR because you wanted PLD, or kicking an i70 from CT because you only accept i85+ in your DF parties. That's abuse. That has nothing to do with strategy. A strategy is something that can be changed to fit the playstyle of the party as a whole, but your choice of class or job once in an instance can't be changed.
Ultimately, it's up to the particular GM that takes the call to make that distinction. I hope they all can figure it out the difference because it would be incredibly stupid for SE to allow a player to queue as a Class and then also allow them to be kicked/excluded for queuing as a Class.
