What's stopping us from queueing without a job?

All of my post was referring to pre-50 dungeons. I heard tales again and again about tanks or healers getting the can because they didn't have their job crystals in cutters or sunken temple. Which is kinda messed up, and is also the reason why I'm defending the whole "don't kick non crystal users" I never really seen anyone w/o their job crystal in lvl 50 content....ever? And if I did I'm sorta laid-back about it. Perhaps is my lack of experience of dealing with this issue.

Here's the thing. Healing first of all is a joke, no matter what, but some of the skills help. Tanking on the other hand is a different beast. People tend to think holding aggro in lower dungeons is hard because you have high level dps synced down. This is false, it's the same with lowbie DD that know what they're doing as well. And not having Defiance/Shield Oath for something like Stone Vigil is just going to make it hard on the tank, when it doesn't need to be.

i saw a marauder in crystal tower once.

i might do that too...once my WAR hits 50 all of my tank gear isn't job locked...
