It's from a GM responding to a report about being kicked. I don't think this is the original thread that quote was posted in either, looking for that now.

This is mostly referred to pre-made parties. If you join a party and the leader (overall party members) don't like the fact that you are on a class and not on a job, then that is understandable. But if this is happening within a PUG'd group, then it's different. You can't switch jobs once you're in a duty. So if you're kicked, then its still misuse.
